Synopsis
Inspired by true events, Mob Cops follows two corrupt NYPD officers, Sammy Canzano (David Arquette) and Leo Benetti (Jeremy Luke), who, during the mid-1980s to 1990s, commit a series of assassinations and other crimes for New York crime families. The story intensifies when a retired detective publishes a book revealing his family’s mob connections, igniting a war between the corrupt cops allied with the city’s crime boss and the officers determined to bring them to justice. Detectives Varrone (Kevin Connolly) and Delgado (Danny A. Abeckaser) lead the charge to expose the corruption within their ranks.
