Synopsis
Set in 1880s Wyoming, Rust follows 13-year-old Lucas Hollister (Patrick Scott McDermott), who, after the death of his parents, is left to care for his younger brother. An accidental killing of a local rancher leads to Lucas being sentenced to hang.
His estranged grandfather, the infamous outlaw Harland Rust (Alec Baldwin), emerges from hiding to rescue him. Together, they flee toward Mexico, pursued by U.S. Marshal Wood Helm (Josh Hopkins) and a relentless bounty hunter known as “Preacher” (Travis Fimmel). The journey tests their bond and challenges their notions of justice and redemption.
