Synopsis
Twenty years after the IMF crisis, the drama centers on the clash between the head of the Financial Policy Bureau, who seeks to sell Jungin Bank, near bankruptcy with a third of the government’s shares, and the Chairman of Finance, who plans to transfer it to a private equity fund in the Bahamas.
Chae Yi Heon, an economic official, hides his wealthy background to earn recognition on his own merits. Heo Jae, the ambitious chairman, is willing to do anything to achieve his goals, while Lee Hye Jun, a passionate young woman new to the workforce, values morality.
