Synopsis
Sorry, Baby chronicles Agnes, a literature professor recovering from a “bad thing” that occurred with her former advisor. Told in five chapters over successive years, the film explores trauma, institutional failure, friendship, and resilience. Agnes opens up only gradually, approaching transparency through moments of connection with her best friend Lydie, neighbor Gavin, and a sandwich vendor.
