Synopsis
Based on the true story of the 1999 Samrye Nara Supermarket case in South Korea, the film follows the investigation into a robbery-murder where three teenage boys are falsely accused and imprisoned. Detective Hwang Joon-cheol (played by Sol Kyung-gu), who doubts the initial verdict, takes up the challenge to reinvestigate the case and uncover the truth amidst mounting pressure and institutional corruption.
