Synopsis
Detective Ryoo Yi-jae’s life is shattered when his young son is killed in a hit-and-run accident. With the statute of limitations expired and the perpetrator unidentified, Yi-jae’s family falls apart, and he spirals into despair. Transferred to Namwon, he begins to rebuild his life and finds solace in a new relationship with Eom So-hyeon.
However, fate intervenes when he unexpectedly encounters Im Hak-chon, the man responsible for his son’s death. Confronted with the man who destroyed his life, Yi-jae grapples with the desire for vengeance and the consequences it may bring.
