Synopsis
Based on real-life events, *The Outlaws* follows Detective Ma Seok-do and his team as they attempt to bring order to Garibong district, a neighborhood overrun by ruthless Chinese-Korean gangs. When the brutal and merciless crime boss Jang Chen arrives from China, he quickly establishes dominance through extortion and violence.
